Customer Experience and Operations Lead

Band is hiring a CX and operations leader to revolutionize how businesses leverage technology to maximize growth and profitability through performance-based trade agreements.

Our founders, who previously founded Blue Apron, and led product at Bread Payments, have already launched a product that has delighted initial customers in B2B buying groups, cooperatives, and group purchasing organizations.

Founded in 2023, we raised a seed round, signed initial customers, and launched a product. We’re obsessed with delivering ROI to our customers, so we’re looking to bring on our first business hire to span customer experience and business operations.

About the role

This is an leadership opportunity on the ground floor at a venture-backed startup. The right person loves working with customers, wrangling data, and optimizing processes. You’ll be working closely with founders, product, and engineering, providing customer insights and feedback to inform our product offering and roadmap.

You will

Work directly with existing customers to help them reach their goals using our offering
- Own the customer onboarding experience, which includes project management and onboarding customer data
- Handle inbound customer requests or support questions and work with the team to resolve issues or prioritize new opportunities

You have

At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to learn independently and quickly in an unstructured environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excel proficiency, experience working with data, and attention to detail
